Head and neck:

1- Give the deep origin (nucleus), course, branches and their distribution

of HYPOGIOSSAL nerve.

(15 Marks)

2- Describe the nerve supply, blood supply and lymphatic drainage of

LARYNX.

(15 Marks)

3- Enumerate: (5 marks for each)

a) Branches of external carotid artery.

b) Tributaries of internal jugular vein.

c) Branches of pterygopalatine ganglion.

d) Structures piercing the parotid gland.

Neuroanatomv :

4- Give an account on the boundaries and communications of the

3rd ventricle. (15 Marks)

5- Describe the parts, containing fibres and arterial supply of internal

capsule. (10 Marks)

6- Mention the cortical areas (centers) of the superolateral surface of the

cerebrum. Give their arterial supply. (10 Marks)

Lower limb

7- Give short account on (10 Marks for each)

a) Femoral sheath.

b) Origin, root value, course, relations and branches of SCIATIC

NERVE.

8- Describe the following: (10 Marks for each)

a) Movements of the hip joint and muscles responsible for these

movements.

b) Great saphenous vein (beginning, course and termination).

Embryology:

9-Describe the development and anomalies of the following.

a) metanephros (permanent kidney) (15 Marks)

b) Tongue. (10 Marks)
